Queen City National Black Nurses Association (QCNBNA)
The Queen City Chapter of the National Black Nurses Association is a vibrant and rapidly growing organization, officially established in March 2021. Our chapter is composed of dedicated Black nurses, both male and female, who are passionate about making a positive impact in our community and advancing the nursing profession.
Our Activities
- Educational Workshops and Seminars: Offering continuing education opportunities to help nurses stay current with best practices and advancements in healthcare.
- Community Health Initiatives: Organizing health fairs, screenings, and wellness programs to improve health outcomes in underserved communities.
- Mentorship Programs: Connecting experienced nurses with students and early-career nurses for guidance and support.
- Advocacy and Policy Work: Engaging with policymakers to influence healthcare policies that impact underserved communities.
